IVAS Congress this year will be in Edinburgh!
This guidance was produced as a result of consultation between the ABVA and the RCVS Head of Legal Services (Standards) and has been approved by the RCVS (date: 26th February 2024). We would advise any ABVA members who have further questions surrounding this to contact the RCVS (Standards) for clarification on your individual situation.
We are calling all ABVA members, vets or owners of dogs who visit the site to take a few minutes to help Alison with this really valuable research.

The 46th Annual IVAS Congress will be held on Glasgow from 16-19 September 2020. The IVAS Congress presents a very borad overview of the very latest scientific information, cutting-edge discoveries and insightful uses in every day clinical practice.
The academic programme is very varied, with lectures, workshops and practicals. IVAS Congress is also a great opportunity to meet fellow acupuncturists from around the world. There is also an excellent social programme .

This year, the Congresses of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and the Australian Veterinary Acupunctrue Group (AVAG) will be joining forces. From 23-26th August 2017, the city of Cairns will host the event, with a huge variety of lectures and labs to take part in. For more details look here.
