Acupuncture for Chari malformation and syringimyelia

Hi

I have a 5 year old ckcs that I have been asked to treat with acupuncture as she is not tolerating nsauds or gaba p.

Has anyone treated these successfully and know points for starting as I will admit most of my work is musculoskeletal trigger points etc.
